Dilara Findikoglu offers a 14-day return period for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags and artisanal packaging intact. Please note that bespoke orders, intimate wear, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable due to their handcrafted and hygienic nature.
Initiate Request
Email our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the necessary customs documentation.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original Dilara Findikoglu box, ensuring all signature garment tags remain attached and the RMA form is included inside.
Courier Collection
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the parcel and schedule a collection with our preferred courier or drop it off at an authorized location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio verifies the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs and duties.
